No cats were hurt making this knitted veterinary teaching tool.

The box that makes a little whimpering meow when turned upside down were given a knitted cosy and umbilical cord. It fits inside the kitten the cord goes through a bellybutton buttonhole
and you close the flap at the bottom by putting the tail through the loop and tyeing the tail in a knot.
My first knitted creature. The back is hairy (yarn).

This is supercool. Reminds me that I should knit something too.

Superb! I love its expression on the right. What's the tool at the bottom of the pic?

Thanks!
I borrowed this book from the library to learn how to knit, I knew how to knit but just really basic things.
I was too lazy to learn much, but it was fun to knit something other than a scarf...
I'll be curious to see what you'd knit!

Teachers pointer, the wooden kind with a loopy hook on one end for hanging on the blackboard when not in use.
